PACKING: |
|
Pieces are packed in transparent polythene bags and sent in transparent polythene sacks. This packing turns out to be very practical because when used, bags and sacks do not take up a lot of room in order to avoid accumulation of boxes and other kind of packaging.

|
|
|
PAYMENT TERMS: |
|
- Payment at expedition. Advance banker\'s order or bank heel.
- Prevailing payment term will be the one resolved with costumer. Any other payment term indicated in purchase order will not be accepted.
- Charges caused by refunds of bank heels or any other payment term will be paid by the costumer.
- Any delay on bill payment implies a 1, 5% monthly interest charge over total amount.

REFUNDS: |
|
REPRIM S.A. will only accept a refund when it has been communicated by written notice and goods have been returned in the original undamaged packaging. No refund will be accepted after 15 days of customers goods receipt.

PRICES: |
|
Prices, in Euros, do not include taxes. REPRIM S.A. reserves the right to modify them without warning.

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
QUOTATIONS: |
|
A quotation will be valid, unless it is agreed between the parties, for a period not exceeding of one month from date. Thereafter a new quotation shall be demanded.

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
SAMPLES: |
|
Samples required are usually sent by mail, except at customers\' request in which case they will be sent fright forward.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
MODIFICATIONS: |
|
REPRIM S.A. reserves the right to modify or exclude any of its products accepting no responsibilities. Due to successive mould renewals, images might differ in some detail from present-day pieces.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
JURISDICTION: |
|
In case of litigation, customers hereby submit itself to the
jurisdiction of Barcelona Courts and Tribunals, renouncing to any other law-code that might correspond him/her.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
CONDITIONS ACCEPTANCE: |
|
The placement of a purchase order upon REPRIM S.A. constitutes both acknowledgment and acceptance of all the above general conditions of sale.
